Sunday Snacking

Hi everyone, How are you doing?
This post is a bit different, oooh yess.  I do love to snack and I do a lot, more than I eat full meals at times.  I had this after dinner and I thought I would blog about it and tell you why I love to eat them.

Almond Nuts-almond is a source of Vitamin E.  Vitamin E helps to promote healthy skin.
Strawberries- are believed to help reduce the risk of heart disease and some cancers.  Strawberries have Vitamins C. B6 and K.  I just love, love eating them :-)
Blueberries-are very low in calories and are among the highest anti-oxidant levels fruits.  Which means my lovelies it helps to reduce belly fat.

On to the Smoothie.
I always have a smoothie between meals as a snack and they are also super filling.  For this particular Smoothie, I had mangoes, pineapple and yes a few strawberries.  I did a previous post on my Strawberry, Blueberry, Pineapple Sensation Smoothie, take a look here.  I added Chia seeds in this particular smoothie because I have them with everything I eat.  Why? you ask, It is packed with nutrients, antioxidants, fiber, protein and omega-3 fatty acids.  They are tasteless so have a go at them.

You will need;

A Handful of Frozen Strawberries, Mangoes, Pineapple
100ml fruit juice of your choice/ Water.
Then blend to preferred consistency.

Out for Dinner

Hi my lovelies, I hope you are enjoying your week.
I went out for dinner couple nights a go with a few of my girlfriends and this was the outfit I wore.  I must say I have fallen in love with cobalt blue, I think it compliments my skin tone :-)  and you can never go wrong with a well structured blazer which is a staple in my wardrobe.
The skirt, I bought a year ago in New Look, got a bit off discount and I got home and guess what? I didn't  like it as much (Lady problems lol).  I then decided to put it on Ebay and It didn't sell the first week of bidding, so during the second run, I took it down prematurely and hung it neatly in my wardrobe ;-) To date I have worn it a couple of times.
Take a look at my Instagram Page to see how I styled it, here...

I thought I would be a bit cheeky and sneak in a photo I took before I left out... ;-)

Black with A Touch of Gold

Hi everyone,
I wore this outfit to dinner recently and I decided to go ALL BLACK, EVERYTHING in this one with a Touch of GOLD.  I had these faux leather trousers in my wardrobe for over two months that I got in the H&M sale for £7, I do love a good bargain :-)  My Top is from River Island I have had it for a while now but I love, love the gold studs on the collar, it gives a simple vest a little spark, don't you think?
I found these lovely heeled sandals on and the gold trim detail went ooooh so well with my BLACK & a TOUCH of Gold look....

Hi, everyone!!
I wore this outfit over the weekend to do my grocery shop.  The weirdest thing is, these trousers are two years old and its the first time, wearing them.  I might be bit of a clothes hoarder, lol.  I have been clearing out I promise ;-)

I love this quote from Frank Sinatra. I was having a lazy morning but once I had this outfit on I definitely  had a burst of energy :-)
